Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RehabRange (rehabrange.com), a renovation cost estimator and deal analyzer for real estate investors, operated from Connecticut, USA ("RehabRange," "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What RehabRange is — and isn't

RehabRange produces renovation cost estimates, after-repair-value (ARV) estimates, and deal analyses from information you enter and from third-party data. These are informational estimates, not professional advice. They are not appraisals, inspections, contractor bids, or financial, legal, or investment advice, and actual costs, values, and outcomes will differ. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions — verify material numbers independently (contractor bids, licensed appraisals, your own diligence) before acting on them.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and one account per person.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

The free plan is free forever. Paid subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Founding-member pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. The 14-day trial requires no card and reverts to the free plan automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account page, effective at the end of the current billing period; your data stays saved either way. Billing questions: support@rehabrange.com.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach security or others' accounts, no scraping or bulk-extracting our pricing data or third-party data beyond your own use of the product, no reselling the service, and no abusive load (automated bulk requests). We may suspend accounts that do these things.

5. Your data and our content

You own the data you enter. You give us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it back to you (and to anyone you share a report link with). We own the service, its software, design, and pricing library. Shared report links are publicly viewable by anyone who has the link until they expire or you revoke them — share accordingly.

6. Third-party data

Comparable sales, market data, and similar inputs come from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. We pass them through in good faith and don't guarantee them.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including investment losses, lost profits, or costs that exceed an estimate.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 1, 5, 6, and 7 survive termination.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes get an updated effective date and an in-product note, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Questions: support@rehabrange.com.
